Barrel stove is ready to go.

I burned this stove in today.Then i painted it with high heat stove paint.I think it looks real good.And it works just great.

A Recycled Barrel Wood Stove.

After a little while trying to get a working barrel stove together i came up with this.I bought the barrel stove kit at an auction sale.The kit came with everything,plus the bonus heat thermostat.I just needed a barrel now. I was getting some parts at my Local Polaris dealer http://www.lindsaycycle.com/ when i asked if they would have a used oil barrel they could donate for a Barrel stove. And they gave this beauty .Thanks again.I just have to burn it in now and give it a paint job.

Moose hunt 2011

Here are some pics that my cousins took from their hunt in the fall of 2011.The weather was warm and the black flies were biting.They had to leave early as they thought the moose they got might spoil.
