Different sorts of moose.

Here are just a few of the moose that we have gotten.Over the years we have taken at least twenty moose.I myself have been lucky to shoot at least six of them.My biggest by antler spread was 48 inches at its widest point.
I was lucky to take that one.It was opening day,Saturday morning and i was not feeling so great.I happened to walk over a hill and he was just standing there about 150 yards away.He had one look at me and took off,and can they run!But a shot to the neck dropped him mid- stride.Anyway it took two trucks pulling on loose sand to get him out of a nasty spot of clear cut.Everyone was happy about that morning as we now had all week to take it easy and maybe get a calf,do some fishing and bird hunting.

Yes we do.Mostly for whitefish and some of them are real nice to.We also have caught some walleye and speckle trout,but the specs we have to throw back as its out of season by that time in October.Will get some fishing pics up this week,so check back.And thanks for looking.
